Where do you ship to?
Worldwide! Here at The Stitch Edit we believe no one should miss out on our cosy comfortable sweatshirts!
How long does shipping take?
Our current turnaround to custom make your new wardrobe staple is 1 week. We ask for you to allow an extra 3 days until your order is delivered to your doorstep!
Please remember to factor in Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will recieve a tracking link via the email provided at checkout to see updates on when your delivery will arrive.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We can only accept returns when an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email and we can sort this out for you.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We can only accept exchanges if the item is delivered faulty or is an incorrect design/colour to which you ordered. Please send us an email and we can sort this for you.
